Accidents can happen to anyone at any time. If you are ever involved in an accident, it is important to remember the following:

Print this list and keep in your glove compartment for reference in case of emergency.

Call the police. If the accident occurs in a city that has a Collision Reporting Centre (Toronto, London, Thunder Bay, Barrie, and Orillia) and if the combined damages are below $1,000 it is not necessary to report to the police, but you must drive or tow your car directly to the reporting centre.

Remain at the scene of the accident.
3.
Stay calm and ensure that everyone is okay.
4.
Get immediate help for anyone who is injured. Don't move the injured person unless they are in immediate danger. Try to keep the person warm.
5.
Obtain the following information from:

All other drivers involved in the accident:
- Name(s)
- Phone Number(s)
- Insurance Company Name(s)
- Insurance Policy Number(s)
- Driver's License Number(s)
- Type of vehicle(s)

Injured parties, Witnesses, Police
- Name(s), Phone Number(s) and accident details

Do not discuss who is responsible or at-fault for the accident.
7.
Do not authorize any repairs to your vehicle until you have spoken with your Zenith claims adjuster.
8.
Report the claim as soon as possible to the Zenith claims hotline
