As an insurance broker, our role is to provide you with the best insurance value that combines coverage, service and price. Together with our service partner, we act as your insurance resource to offer professional insurance advice, ongoing policy maintenance and claims support.

The McLennan Group Insurance Inc. has appointed the insurers listed in the table below as the exclusive underwriters* for The McLennan Group Auto & Home Insurance Program. We want you to be confident that your policy will always provide exceptional coverage and a competitive price.

Brokerage compensation is part of your insurance premium. For your benefit, we have listed below automobile and property insurance companies that we represent and have included the range of compensation each provides as a percentage of your overall premium that appears on your invoice.

• Zenith Insurance Company – 2% to 5%
• Northbridge General Insurance Corporation – 1% to 5%
• Traders Aviva Canada ** – 6% to 10.5%

This commission percentage is paid annually for both new business and renewals. Should there be an increase in the range of compensation we receive from your insurer, or any other material change that affects compensation arrangements, we will notify you.

In order for us to maintain strong relationships with quality insurance companies, we work with each to provide the type of business they desire. The companies with a double asterisk (**) noted above recognize our efforts through a Contingent Commission contract. Payment of this Contingent Commission depends on a combination of growth, profitability (loss ratio), volume, retention and increased services that we provide on behalf of the Insurer.
