But if you apply for FollowMe™ Life within 60 days of losing your group plan, you could enjoy uninterrupted protection. Select the coverage that fits your needs and budget – from $25,000 to the amount you had with your group plan, up to $200,000. We offer affordable premiums, with healthy savings for non-smokers.

FollowMe™ Life also includes a Living Benefit at no additional cost. If you are diagnosed as terminally ill with less than 12 months to live, you are eligible to receive 50% of your policy amount - up to $50,000 - provided your policy has been in effect for at least two years.
